Valentine’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of Bare Jewellery and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must sign up to the Bare Jewellery email and SMS list via the official giveaway entry form.
   Additional entries may be earned by following @barejewellery on Instagram and TikTok, as outlined in the giveaway instructions.

3. Competition Period
   The giveaway runs from 2 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 8 February 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details
   The prize consists of two full Valentine’s Day Edit collections (one for the winner and one for their chosen best friend), totalling 30 pieces (two of each of the 15 styles included in the Valentine’s Day Edit).

5. Style Variants & Selection
   Where a style has multiple variants (including size, gemstone, or design variations), the winner may select one variant per style.
   As the prize includes two of each style, the winner may choose two of the same variant or two different variants, subject to availability.

6. Silver Swaps
   Eligible styles may be swapped into silver versions, subject to availability. Not all styles are available in silver, and availability may vary by style or size. Silver swaps do not change the total prize value.

7. Packaging
   Giveaway items will be packaged in standard Bare Jewellery packaging. Gift packaging is not included.

8. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative
   The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or alternative products.

9. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
   Giveaway items are final sale and are not covered by Bare Jewellery’s standard 90-day warranty. They cannot be returned or refunded.

10. Winner Selection & Notification
    One winner will be randomly drawn and announced on 12 February 2026.
    The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Bare Jewellery reserves the right to select a new winner.

11. Publicity Consent
    By entering this giveaway, participants agree that Bare Jewellery may publish the winner’s name for promotional purposes, including on our website, email marketing, and social media channels.

12. General
    Bare Jewellery reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.
