A flat exchange shipping fee covers the cost of sending your new item to you:<ul><li>$10 NZD for New Zealand orders</li><li>$12 NZD for Australian orders (charged in NZD)</li></ul>The fee is paid in our <a href="https://barejewellery.loopreturns.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Returns Portal</a> when you submit your exchange. All exchanges are sent via Standard Shipping. Australian customers can upgrade to Express DHL Shipping (1&#x2013;3 working days) for an additional $15 AUD by contacting our Customer Care team.Return shipping to us is at your own cost. No exchange shipping fee applies to faulty, damaged or incorrect items, or to approved warranty claims.
