Return Process

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please visit our Returns Page and complete the Returns Form. Our team will provide further instructions. Please ensure items are unworn and in perfect condition, as Bare Jewellery does not accept items that have been tampered with.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using trackable mail, as Bare Jewellery is not liable for lost returns.

How will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, we will issue a store credit as an online code. This code, valid for 12 months, can be used storewide (including shipping costs).

I live in Auckland, can I come exchange my order in person?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer in-person exchanges or returns, even for local customers, due to privacy and security reasons. All returns must be sent via a courier service, and any parcels that are not couriered will be rejected. We appreciate your u
