Does Bare Jewellery notify customers of pending customs payments?
We are not responsible for notifying customers of pending customs payments. Please check your tracking link regularly, as customs offices may hold packages until fees are paid.
Will I receive a refund if my order is returned due to unpaid customs fees?
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or delivery issues, a $30 NZD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What happens if there’s a minor delay due to customs?
