How are pre-orders handled, and when will they ship?
For items on pre-order, we will dispatch them within 1-2 business days once they arrive at our studio. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items
What should I expect if there’s a delay in my pre-order?
If there is a delay with a pre-ordered item, our team will reach out to you directly with an update. We strive to keep you informed of any changes in delivery times.
