What should I do if my package is returned to Bare Jewellery?
If your parcel is returned to us, please reach out to our Customer Care team through our Help Form here to arrange redelivery. Please note that redispatch fees may apply.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If you have entered the wrong address, our team may not be able to update it for you in time before it is dispatched. However, you can redirect a parcel through your NZ POST tracking link by clicking ‘redirect my parcel’. Please see the instructions
