Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the fault.<h4 data-start="858" data-end="884" id="warranty-claims">Warranty Claims</h4>All approved warranty claims will be shipped from New Zealand to Australia using&#xA0;Standard Shipping. If you prefer Express Shipping, this is available for an additional $15 AUD.<h4 data-start="1077" data-end="1097" id="exchanges">Exchanges</h4>We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
