We currently offer two shipping options for our Australian customers:
Standard Shipping – No Signature Required (3–10 working days)
• Free on orders over $100 AUD
• $10 AUD on orders under $100 AUDExpress DHL Shipping – Signature Required (1–3 working days)
• Free on orders over $350 AUD
• $15 AUD on orders under $350 AUD
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please submit a claim through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos. Approved replacements are sent using the same shipping method you selected at checkout.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are submitted through our Returns Portal. All approved warranty replacements are shipped from New Zealand to Australia using Standard Shipping. If you prefer Express DHL Shipping, this is available for an additional $15 AUD.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery through our Returns Portal. A flat exchange shipping fee of $12 NZD applies and is paid when you submit your exchange. All exchanges are sent via Standard Shipping. Express DHL Shipping is available for an additional $15 AUD – please contact our Customer Care team after submitting your exchange.
