Where is my order shipped from, and how long does it take to dispatch?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that additional processing time may apply during sales events and holiday seasons.
How are Bare Jewellery items inspected before shipping?
Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. If your item is damaged due to delivery handling, please submit a claim through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
Will my order be refunded if it’s delayed in transit?
Bare Jewellery is not responsible for shipping delays once an order leaves our studio. Delays can occur due to factors like courier backlogs, logistical issues, or adverse weather. Unfortunately, these delays do not qualify for a refund, so please ke
