Where is my order shipped from, and how long does it take to dispatch?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that additional processing time may apply during sales events and holiday seasons.
How are Bare Jewellery items inspected before shipping?
Each piece is carefully inspected for quality to ensure it is in perfect condition before it leaves our studio. If your item is damaged due to delivery handling, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for further assistance.
Will my order be refunded if it’s delayed in transit?
