Yes. Eligible items can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges for a different piece are not available. If you would like a different piece, you can return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Items purchased on sale, with a promo code, or as part of a set or bundle can also be exchanged for the same style in a different size or variant, subject to stock.

Earrings, engraved and personalised items, gift cards and gift-with-purchase items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange shipping fee

• $10 NZD for New Zealand orders
• $12 NZD for Australian orders (charged in NZD)

The fee covers sending your new item to you and is paid when you submit your exchange. Return shipping to us is at your own cost.
