Changes may not be able to be made due to the high volume of orders and communications our team is receiving. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
If you have entered the wrong address, our team may not be able to update it for you in time before it is dispatched. However, you can redirect a parcel through your NZ POST tracking link, and click ‘redirect my parcel’. Please see the instructions here.
