Can I return my Bare Jewellery item for a refund?Updated 23 days ago

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. For eligible items, we provide exchanges or store credit as long as the return meets our criteria: items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery. This policy excludes earrings, sets, custom-made pieces, and items purchased on sale.
