By placing an engraving order, you accept the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

• Engraving is available on selected bangle styles only, as indicated on the product page.
• Engraving is not available on bundle or set orders. If you wish to engrave a bangle, it must be purchased as an individual item.
• We are unable to add engraving to an order after it has been placed.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

• You are solely responsible for all engraving text submitted at checkout, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation.
• Please carefully review your engraving details — including any typos or errors — before completing your purchase. No changes can be made once your order is placed.
• By proceeding through checkout, you confirm that all engraving details are correct.
• Bare Jewellery is not liable for errors resulting from text submitted by the customer.

FINAL SALE

• All engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Change of mind does not qualify for a return or exchange on engraved items.
• Engraving orders cannot be cancelled or changed once it's been placed. 
• Engraved items may have a minor variation in size compared to non-engraved pieces due to the nature of the engraving process. This does not constitute a fault.
• Engraving fees are strictly non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE

• Engraving previews are computer-generated. Final results may vary in appearance, size, and depth.
• Minor variations in engraving size, depth, and finish may occur due to the nature of the engraving process and are considered a natural characteristic of the service.
• Font height is approximately 2mm to 2.5mm. Minor variations of up to 0.5mm in size or spacing may occur, and engraving thickness may vary by up to 0.2mm from the preview.
• Laser engraving removes material from the bangle surface, meaning engraved areas may feel recessed and will not be completely flat.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Please allow up to 5 business days for engraving orders to be processed and dispatched.
• Additional processing time may be required during peak sale periods and holiday seasons.
• Engraving orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. 

ENGRAVING CONTENT

• Bare Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any engraving order that, in our sole discretion, may contain profanity, offensive language, or content deemed inappropriate.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party.
• Bare Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order containing prohibited content, at our discretion.

FAULTY ITEMS

• If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — email us at [email protected] or fill out our contact form here. Please include your order number and photos.
• Errors in engraving text submitted by the customer are not considered faults and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Minor variations in engraving size, depth, finish, or appearance are a natural result of the engraving process and do not constitute a fault. These variations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Engraving previews are computer-generated. Variation between the preview and the final engraved result does not constitute a fault and is not eligible for return or exchange.
