How do I report a faulty item?Updated 23 days ago

If your item is faulty, contact our Customer Care team through our Help Form within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund.

Please also note that if you choose to return your piece and it is found not to be faulty upon inspection, return shipping will be at your discretion and expense.
