How do I return an item?Updated 11 days ago

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Enter your order details, select the item(s) and reason, and follow the steps to submit your request.

Once your request is approved, the portal will show you where to send your item. We do not provide return labels, so please send your return using a trackable courier service. Bare Jewellery is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Please ensure items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered or tampered with will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not offer in-person exchanges or returns due to privacy and security reasons. All returns must be sent via a courier service, and any parcels not sent this way will be rejected.
