To start a return, please visit our Returns Page and complete the Returns Form. 

Our team will provide further instructions. Please ensure items are unworn and in perfect condition, as Bare Jewellery does not accept items that have been tampered with.

Please note: We do not offer in-person exchanges or returns due to privacy and security reasons. We understand this may be more convenient for some, but we kindly ask that our policy is respected. All returns must be sent via a courier company, and any parcels not sent this way will be rejected.
