How do Pre-Orders work?Updated 11 days ago

• If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfil your order within 1–2 business days once it has arrived at our studio. Pre-order styles are fulfilled in order of date of purchase. If there are any pre-order delays, our team will contact you directly.

• If your order contains in-stock styles and pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in stock, in one shipment. If you'd like a split shipment (available styles shipped first, pre-order styles shipped later), please contact us at [email protected]. Split shipments cost an extra $6.95 NZD within New Zealand and $15 AUD for Australia.

• Orders that contain pre-order items cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you are welcome to make a return once you have received all items, as long as the returned item(s) meet our return requirements. To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal.
