How do Pre-Orders work?Updated 23 days ago

• If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfil your order within 1-2 business days once it has arrived at our studio. Pre-order styles are fulfilled in order of date of purchase. If there are any pre-order delays, our team will contact you directly.

• If your order contains in-stock styles & pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in stock in one shipment. If you'd like us to do a split shipment on your order (shipping the available styles to you first & shipping the pre-order styles later in a separate shipment), please contact us at [email protected]. There will be an extra charge of $6 NZD for a split shipment within New Zealand. Split shipment for Australia is $15 AUD.

• Orders that contain pre-order items cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you are welcome to make a return with us once you have received all items, as long as the returned item(s) meet our return requirements.
