My ring’s plating has faded significantly after a few months. Will the warranty cover this?Updated 23 days ago

Fading of the plating is generally considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the warranty. However, if there are widespread reports of fading from the same production batch, we may review these cases. Please refer to our jewellery care guide to help prolong the life of the plating.
