To make a warranty claim, please submit a request through our Returns Portal within 90 days of purchase. Select your item, choose the warranty reason that best describes the issue, and upload clear photos.

Our team will assess your claim. If it qualifies as a manufacturing fault, we will send a replacement of the exact same item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. We will let you know if we need the item sent back for inspection.
