What items are eligible for returns?Updated 10 days ago

Returns are accepted on full-priced items that are unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Earrings, sets and bundles, engraved and personalised items, gift cards and gift-with-purchase items are excluded.

Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned. These items can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability.
