What items are eligible for returns?Updated 23 days ago

Returns are accepted on full-priced items (excluding earrings, sets, and custom-made pieces) that are unworn, undamaged, and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased on sale or with promo codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
