The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Sale and sample sale items
• Items purchased with a promo code or during a sale event
• Sets and bundles, including build-your-own bundles
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Engraved and personalised items, including engravable bangles
• Gift cards
• Gift-with-purchase items
• Items that have been worn, altered or damaged
• Any items returned after 14 days from delivery

Sale, promo code, set and bundle purchases can still be exchanged for the same style in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability.

Earrings, engraved and personalised items, gift cards and gift-with-purchase items cannot be returned or exchanged. Faulty items remain covered by our 90-day warranty.
